WOOD & Company opět obdržela prestižní cenu „Award for Excellence” časopisu Euromoney
“nejlepŠí obchodník s akciemi v české Republice 2002”
WOOD & Company potvrdila svou pozici vedoucího obchodníka s akciemi v České republice získáním prestižního ocenění „Euromoney Award for Exellence“ pro nejlepšího obchodníka s akciemi v České republice pro rok 2002. Prestižní finanční časopis Euromoney udělil tento titul na základě volby předních finančních institucí a expertů. Toto je již šestý rok, kdy Wood & Company získala toto ocenění.

Celkový objem obchodů uzavřených společností WOOD & Company ve druhém čtvrtletí roku 2002 byl více než 25 mld.Kč. WOOD & Company také posílila svůj
podíl na trhu z 19% v 1. čtvrtletí roku 2002 na 21% ve 2.čtvrtletí roku 2002 a 25% v červenci 2002.

“The Best Equity House In The Czech Republic 2002”
WOOD & Company confirmed its position as the leading stockbroker and equity house
in the Czech Republic by receiving the EUROMONEY Award for Excellence for the "Best
Equity House in the Czech Republic 2002". The prestigious financial magazine EUROMONEY
bestowed the honor, which is based on a vote by leading financial institutions
and industry experts. This marks the 6th year in which Wood & Company has
won this award.
Andrea Ferancová, Director of Sales Trading and vice-chairwoman of the Board of
Directors of Wood & Company Financial Services, a.s., said: "We are
obviously very pleased with the increasing market position, but more importantly
we appreciate increasing volumes on our market and the rising level of interest
of foreign investors in Central Europe in general."
The total volume of trades executed by WOOD & Company in the second quarter of
2002 was more than CZK 25 billion. WOOD & Company also strengthened its
market share from 19 % in Q1 of 2002 to 21 % in Q2 of 2002 and 25 % in July 2002.
