WOOD & Co was the lead manager of a CZK 2 billion, 10 years bond issue for the leading Czech water utility company Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace. This bond issue was the largest ever bond issue executed for a Czech private company and the firs corporate bond issue without international rating on the PSE ´s Main market.
